Is it really free?
Yes. Until January, every account has Pro for free: sign in with Google or Apple, no card needed. Until then we aren’t selling anything.
What happens in January?
Nothing is lost: your notes, recordings and transcripts stay. Your account moves to the free plan, which stays free forever, and you can choose Pro. We’ll write to you two weeks before.
Are there any limits during the free months?
Transcription is limited to 10 hours a month per account, so that a few users with lots of recordings don’t raise the costs for everyone. On a very busy day, new files may have to wait until the next day.
I pay for Pro today. What happens to my subscription?
It won’t renew and we won’t charge you again. You keep Pro, and with a yearly subscription until the date it’s paid through.
Can I transcribe without an account?
Yes. On the homepage you can transcribe one file up to 30 minutes without signing in.
