Supertranscription is my own project. I'm Miha Mlakar from Kamnik, Slovenia, and I build it on my own.

Why Supertranscription

I wanted a tool that reliably turns a recording in your language into text and keeps it with your notes. The big transcription and notes apps understand English best and often skip smaller languages.

It started as a website for transcribing Slovenian recordings. Today Supertranscription is a notes app on the web, iPhone, iPad and Mac: record a meeting, lecture or interview, the transcript appears in a note you edit like in Notion, and AI helps you turn it into a summary or minutes.

How it works

Recordings are transcribed by ElevenLabs Scribe v2, and the AI assistant in your notes is Google Gemini. Which data goes where, and how long we keep it, is in the privacy policy.

The guides on our blog are written with the help of AI. Before they go live, they are checked automatically so they only describe features and prices Supertranscription really has.
